1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the Gramp Stories website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 13 years old—or have verifiable parental or guardian consent—to use Gramp Stories. Users under provincial “mature minor” age may require guardian supervision.

3. Your Content

   “User Content” means any photos, audio, video, text, or other material you upload. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Boomers Apps a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, adapt, display, and distribute it solely for operating or improving the Services. You are responsible for securing all rights needed to upload your User Content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
   • Use the Services to stalk, harass, or harm another person.
   • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
   • Circumvent security or collect data by automated means without permission.
5. Intellectual Property

   All software, design, trademarks, and content produced by Boomers Apps (except User Content) are our exclusive property. You may not use them without prior written consent.

6. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; certain residual data may remain in backups for a limited period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Boomers Apps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boomers Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boomers Apps, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your User Content or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, unless you and Boomers Apps agree to mediation or arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
